Nouvelle was engaged to provide comprehensive project management and construction management services for Waxing the City’s first Bergen County facility in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This will be one of six locations through out Bergen County and parts of Passaic County.  Nouvelle assisted the franchisee with lease review, pre-construction services, permit expediating, construction services, coordinated all activities with preferred vendors / sub-contractors and close out.
