Fox Hollow, located in North Caldwell, New Jersey, a 50-lot subdivision consisting of homes ranging from 3,500 – 8,500 square feet.  The partners of Nouvelle, LLC were responsible for completion of this project and for obtaining final approvals from the Township of North Caldwell.  This work was performed in association with Wyoming Gate, Inc., the developer for the Fox Hollow subdivision.  We also designed and built seven homes in this development, ranging in price from $500,000.00 to $1,800,000.00, designed two additional homes for other builders, and participated in the structural rehabilitation of three homes in this subdivision, which were built by others.
