The Randall Residence, located in Montclair, New Jersey, is a historical structure having approximately 14,000 square feet of floor area.  This was a historical renovation and restoration project for which Nouvelle, LLC was retained as the design architect and construction manager.  All construction documents were generated in house. The renovation cost was approximately $2,000,000.00
