The property was developed in 2016.  The parcel is a 5,400 sf vacant lot.  Nouvelle purchased the property on behalf of the service provider Special Homes of NJ.  *Nouvelle performed and funded all entitlement work including application process, funding, commitments, retaining consultants and project commitment from the state.  The home built is a one story 1,830 sf fully accessible home.  The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room, dining room, kitchen, den, laundry closet, mechanical closet and office.   Project was completed in 16 months from acquisition to CO.
