The Crossings in Sparta will be a new lifestyle center containing a food market, pharmacy, and retail stores. The property will consist of two main buildings, one 32,000 square feet and the other 25,000. The building will be patterned in the same style as the Centre Street Theatre, a classic lake-style Frank Lloyd Wright design to remain true to Sparta’s lake community roots. Construction on this project is planned to begin in 2009.
