The property was developed in 2015.  The parcel had an existing 2 story home on a 5,000 sf lot.  Nouvelle purchased the property on behalf of the service provider Children’s Aid and Family Services.  Nouvelle obtained 8 variances to retain approval from the zoning board.  *Nouvelle performed and funded all entitlement work including application process, funding, commitments, retaining consultants and project commitment from the state.  The home built is a two story 2,400 sf home fully accessible on the first floor.  The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room, dining room, kitchen, den, laundry room, mechanical room and office.   Project was completed in 16 months from acquisition to CO.
