Provided comprehensive project management services for Ericsson Inc.  The project consisted of consolidating approximately 600,000 SF of existing space into a 233,000 SF 3 story building, and translating a progressive design established at Ericsson’s Headquarters in Sweden to establish a North American standard. 

 

The space includes open office (no closed office spaces) with enclosed telephone rooms for general use and collaboration areas including conference and video conference rooms, small meeting rooms,  open lounge type meeting spaces. *
