Provided comprehensive project management services for 130,000 SF build to suit headquarters project.  The project is looking to obtain LEED Gold ANTICIPATED for LEED ID+C (Base building anticipates LEED Silver).   It has been designed to include (2) 600 kW bi-fuel generator on mini CHP tied into 45 ton absorber for heat rejection, solar panel covered parking & rooftop solar thermal, stormwater collection and greywater for toilets, microgrid, Beacon 10 NRG owned hot water heating source for snow melting and domestic hot water, wind turbine, green roof and electric vehicle charging stations. 

 

Project will be a net zero energy consumption headquarters building based on installed sustainable infrastructure and equipment.  Assisted NRG to coordinate all tenant improvement consultants, landlord oversight and all of NRG’s in house sustainable services with the landlord’s core and shell construction. *
