Hamlet at Towne Centre in Sparta, New Jersey, is a mixed-use town center enclave which blends commercial and residential components into a functional and convenient community living experience. The Hamlet’s location allows residents to enjoy the benefits of a rural lifestyle, the essence of Sparta Township, while bringing the convenience of shopping, recreation and essential services within a short walking distance.  Construction details evoke French colonial architecture through the presentation of mansard roofs, barrel vaulted ceilings, decorative columns, and intricate trimming. The full build out of the Hamlet project will consist of 9500 square feet of commercial space and 44 age restricted senior housing units ranging in size from 1,050 to 3,420 square feet. Residential units are currently available for occupancy in 1, 2, or 3 bedroom configurations.
