Provided comprehensive project management services for CITRIX’s new Corporate Office in Jersey City, NJ. The 25,000 SF tenant fit-out project located on the 17th Floor of 10 Exchange Place consists of office, conference, theater and collaborative spaces for approximately 125 employees. Contracted to decommission CITRIX’s prior 20,000 SF tenant lease in Jersey, City.  Key decommissioning scope items included removal of supplemental HVAC ductwork and equipment, and replacement of the perimeter window glazing. *
