The property was developed in 2015.  The parcel had an existing 2 story home on a 13,750 sf lot.  Nouvelle purchased the property on behalf of the service provider NIPD/YAI.  *Nouvelle performed and funded all entitlement work including application process, funding, commitments, retaining consultants and project commitment from the state.  The home built is a one story 2,500 sf fully accessible home with a 2 car garage.  The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room, dining room, kitchen with island, den, laundry room, mechanical room and office.   Project was completed in 15 months from acquisition to CO.
