Nouvelle, LLC is influential in obtaining funding from various funding sources and agencies such as HUD, NJHMFA, DCA Home Production, Division of Disabilities and local government trust funds. 

 

Nouvelle's involvement in all phases of the development and construction process allows our clients to focus on their own mission and core services.  We acquire the properties, retain consultants, obtain all approvals, submit all funding commitment documents and coordinate all closing participants. 

 

All of development funding is provided by Nouvelle, LLC which assigns the service provider with little to no risk.
