The Center Street Theatre is a 2 story, 20,000 square foot commercial cluster designed and built by Nouvelle, LLC as a means to serve the citizens of Sparta, providing them with Panera Bread, a salon, Rita’s Water Ice, and a tri-plex movie theatre within the heart of Sparta’s town center. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s lake-style designs, the building features a brick, wood, and stucco exterior, a low roof, and extended soffits. The building has been critically acclaimed and Nouvelle, LLC has been presented numerous awards for their design.
