The property was developed in 2013 as part of a larger project that consisted of 3 separate multi family residential buildings located in Sparta’s town center which was *owned and developed by Nouvelle, LLC.  This project was approved for 10 units of low to moderate income housing with a commercial space located on the ground floor.  The project obtained funds from the state’s DCA Home Production Program in the amount of $1.8 MM.  The project also received funds from Sparta’s AHTF in the amount of $125,000.  The apartment mix was 2 studios, 4 (1) Bedrooms and 4 (2) Bedrooms units with central HVAC, hot water heaters and all separate utilities for each apartment. The project was built and developed for Advanced Housing, Inc.  Project was completed in 18 months.
